Minor mistake in setup instructions

The setup instructions tells you to add the global database string:

add_db_server(‘global’, ‘dc1?, 1, 1,’local’,’127.0.0.1?, ‘dbname_global’, ‘username’, ’password’);

But that does not work on Wordpress 3.5. Wordpress will throw an error telling it can not find the global database table.

Solution:
Change the string to:
add_db_server(‘global’, ‘dc1?, 1, 1,’’,’YOUR_SERVER_IP?, ‘dbname_global’, ‘username’, ’password’);

As you can see, it's the same syntax as the 'regular' database tables. I removed the 'localhost' and changed the 127.0.0.1 into my server IP.

Everything works!
