Missing or invalid site address.

Hi there!

I have exactly the same problem as this guy, except im adding a new domain – https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/domain-mapping-error-missing-or-invalid-site-address

I have set everything (at least i think so) like its described in that topic and here – https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/how-to-build-a-wordpress-multisite-network-with-multiple-domains/

I was going to use only for a new domains, not for subdomains or subfolders.

I have enabled support access

    Hello matt,

    Hope you are doing good today. :slight_smile:

    This is because your WordPress Multisite has subdirectory subsites. The Multi-Domains plugin will only work in a subdomain subsites network. Once you change your WordPress network to subdomain subsites, you can easily add new sites without any issues.

    For more info please check the plugin usage section about it:

    Please note: Multi-Domains is for sub domain installations only and will not work well for subdirectory installations.

    To change your WordPress multisite to a sub domain install, you’ll have to edit the wp-config.php file located in your root directory, and edit the following line, ie:

    define('SUBDOMAIN_INSTALL', false);

    define('SUBDOMAIN_INSTALL', true);

    This should change your WordPress network with subdomain subsite installs. I hope this helps. Please let us know if you still need any further assistance. Have a nice day. :slight_smile:

    Best Regards,
