Missing plugin data for membership pro

I seem to be missing all of the membership pro data and not sure when it disappeared. All membership types (had more than 15) and protection rules, as an example. Shouldn’t the data still be in the tables?

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Just to be sure could you please let us know whether the missing membership was present after migration?

    Our Hosting team did give a closer look regarding this and checked the post tables in the database, and could only find memberships that exist on, Site ID 1, ie which are:

    11640 :: search-index [ms_membership-n]
    11641 :: system-membership [ms_membership-n]

    And on Site ID 72:
    10 :: system-membership [ms_membership]

    So please advise if we have missed out anything. Could you please point out the backup date if you think there are any backups in the hosting side where you still think have the mentioned memberships intact? So that we could double-check.

    If not, maybe share credentials to your source website or database dump ie from where the website was migrated, so we could check the database, and see what could be done regarding this?

    Sorry for the delayed response. I did not see an email and was given the thread link by Neel via chat.

    I have found, what I believe to be the backup from the old hosting company, and will send you the link to the Google drive via email.

    Unfortunately, we are in the middle of another challenge that may or may not impede your progress. The https://wealthtrainingcommunity is producing an error message that states that the website is experiencing technical difficulties. When you log into the sub-domain with the super admin credentials and look at the page source, it shows that all of the menu items still have http:// in front of the URL references. As a result, all of the plugins have been deactivated and placed under the plugins/troubleshooting/2019-10 folder.

    I realize that if you find the settings in the backup zip file, you can still migrate the date; however, you should probably get with the support team working on the new thread before activating the plugin.

    I will send the info that you requested via email once this thread has been updated.

    Sorry to hear about the new anomalies. I’ll check with our hosting team whether the SQL dump files could be restored without activating the plugin due to the anomalies mentioned.

    Will get back to you once I get further feedbacks regarding the status of the issue asap.

    I had a look at the sql file you shared, however I don’t see any subscription in any of the posts table. Subscriptions should have the value ms_relationship at the posts tables’ post_type column.

    Only mention of that is in the options tables, but that is inserted there by Membership plugin for the rules.

    You can also do a search in that file in case I have missed anything. In case I haven’t missed anything, we would need a backup that contains your lost subscriptions in order to restore them.
