I keep getting this warning in my logs, can anyone advise please>

mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/ in /var/www/vhosts/ on line 453

    Hope you're well?

    What this is actually saying in understandable language is:


    is not allowed to be accessed by your script ddue to a security setting on your server. Our plugin is unable to write it's tmp files to that location.

    You could either contact your webhost and ask them if they could add that tmp path to the allowed list, or we could try changing the /tmp folder path.

    Adding the following to your wp-config.php


    then create a folder called /temp in your httpdocs folder.

    Hopefully that should fix your issue.
