MP w A+ pulling wrong client information. Where does MP with A+ store client information?

When I create an appointment now, no matter what name I put on the confirmation..(i am using the same email address though)..on the appointment confirmation email it pulls an old name. If I go into the appointment it shows the correct name, but the user gets an email with wrong info.

i.e. I booked with G Martin and email came back with TEST Tax Yes or No to Merchant which was an old name i was using during previous testing.

The name USED to pull properly, but now does not. Not sure if it got changed in the last update or not.

Please help. I do not want the user to get an email with someone elses info by mistake.
