Mulitisite new subdomain issue

What is causing this multisite issue?
I created a new website using the network add sites menu.
The new site does not showup on the network menu dropdown but is listed as a new site (image 2)
When I click on the dashboard link of the new site from image 2 I get the responding server error as shown in image 1.
Can anyone shed a light?

    Hi there

    Please check now. You had subdomain created with same subsite name. I have deleted the subdomains from your cpanel and now those sites are working.

    Note that, the created subsite in your multisite could not be real subdomain created in you cpanel.
