Multi-DB failure - database error - error establishing a database connection

Hi.

I'm trying to get this plug in working,
and I'm totally failing.

I wiped out my install and tried fresh.
Using the shell,
I've created a database user with full access to all databases.

I'm really out of ideas...

Maybe someone can review my file
for any obvious errors.

I'm trying to set up 4096 databases,
but I shortened the attachment to just a couple
(including the global) for the sake of brevity.
