Multi-Domain Cookies & Performance

I have multiple multi-domains setup with my WPMU network and I have created multiple sites with different users on various domains.

I was looking at page load times and found some header code associated with Multi-Domains that may be slowing up the page loads.. it seems like the plugin add some sort of cookie via stylesheets in the header of every page (to enable one click sign in to each?)

This code looks like something I attached below. What happens is because there are multiple domains and subdomains, the pinging of each affects performance and load time. Is there any way to not have to load these multi-domain stylesheets on every page on a production site?
