    Hi Alex,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Multi-Domains allows you to run an unlimited number of different domains from one WordPress Multisite installation as described on the following page.

Please note: Multi-Domains is for sub domain installations only and will not work well for subdirectory installations.

Is the site the subsite of your master site or anything else?

Are you using Multisite subdirectory installation?

    Please advise.

If you don't mind me to access your site then you can grant me support staff access so that i can test it.

    Kind Regards,
    Vinod Dalvi

    Hello Alex,

    Hope you're well!

This plugin just need 1 multisite install and your other domain. So I am not 100% clear on why you need to have separate folder for each domain. You just need to configure your extra domain to point to the domain where your multisite install located.

    To solve this issue faster.

    Can you please send in:

    - In the subject field add "Attn:Calvin Canas"
    - Link back to this thread
    - Include admin/network access
    - Include FTP
    - Include any relevant URLS for your site

On the contact form, select "I have a different question", this ensures it comes through and gets assigned to me.

It is better if you contact us thru the form you can find on the link above.
