multiple issues since performing full site restore

Hi guys, I have had to do a full site restore today and since doing that I can't get Hummingbird to activate caching and Snapshot to work at all. Snapshot won't let me activate managed backups either.

The support access to the site is open.

    I tried to replicate the issues on your site but couldn't. I checked Hummingbird and all types of caching was enabled in it and working as expected. Here's a screenshot for reference:

    I took a look at Snapshot as well and it seems like Managed Backups in Snapshot is enabled and it did back your site up today in the set schedule. Here's another screenshot for reference:

    Please let me know if you still can replicate the issue. If you can, let me know if I'm missing something and if I am, please mention the exact replication steps of the issue in your next response.
