Multisite

Just finished doing the setup for multisite. How do I get the link to the member signup page, member login, and the link for the different levels?

Thanks

    Hi Julius,

Hope you are doing good today.

Just finished doing the setup for multisite. How do I get the link to the member signup page, member login, and the link for the different levels?

I’m sorry, could you be more specific, so that we could have a better understanding about what you are trying to achieve? Is this about Membership 2 Pro plugin? If yes, you can create these pages while setting up the Membership 2 Pro plugin. Or did you mean Pro Sites?

Please advise what I’m missing, so that we could help get this figured out. Have a nice weekend.

    Kind Regards,

Im referring to Pro Sites. How do I find the area where the different membership levels are located now that I have created them, and also the signup and login. I need to link these to the menu on my homepage.

    Thanks

Hi Julius, hope you had a wonderful day.

Usually the Pro Sites checkout page is at this “http://yourdomain.com/pro-sites” URL (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain). I’m afraid, you can’t link to individual levels with currently available options but you can link to your Pro Sites pricing table page. I could give you the exact link if I could see your Pro Site configuration. Would you mind allowing Support Access so we can have a closer look at this?

To enable support access you can follow this guide here:

    http://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/wpmu-dev-dashboard-enabling-staff-login/

Pro site doesn’t provide any user registration form, but it provides site registration form in the same page it shows the pricing table.

Our Membership 2 Pro plugin provides signup and login form on front-end.

Please let us know if you have any confusion. We will be glad to help.

    Have a nice day. Cheers!

I tried going to the url the was suggested by using my domain name “http://lucidbuilder.com/pro-sites”. The page is not available. Page not found.

Are there some specific settings I should check?

Also, I have not setup the Membership plugin yet. Does it need to be setup first before everything works properly?

It seems like your website is on Maintenance mode, it’s pretty tough to troubleshoot, what you are missing unless I could check your settings. So I could only check your configuration, if you could enable support access. You can grant access from WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access, or check this manual: http://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/wpmu-dev-dashboard-enabling-staff-login/

Also, I have not setup the Membership plugin yet. Does it need to be setup first before everything works properly?

No, you can configure Membership 2 Pro plugin at any stage. Please do note that there isn’t any integration available between Pro sites, and Membership 2 Pro plugin. The only use case when it comes to Membership 2 Pro is accessing limits, and Pro sites providing features to their users.

Please let us know once you enable support access, so that we could help get this resolved asap. Have a nice day.

    Hi Julius,

Hope you are doing good today.

I tried going to the url the was suggested by using my domain name “http://lucidbuilder.com/pro-sites”. The page is not available. Page not found.

The slug depends upon the value set under Pro Sites > Settings > General Settings > Rebrand Pro Sites.

So the pro sites page, would be “http://lucidbuilder.com/lucid-builder/”, please do note that you might have to tweak with Custom CSS in order to display it according to your design, as the plugin is not fully compatible with Upfront when it comes to rendering CSS.

Please let us know if you still need any further assistance. Have a nice day.
