Multisite Cloner Problem

Hello! I have just installed the Cloner plugin and tried to clone the original site.
However, it seems to have gone here: http://81.21.76.62/index.html?domain=add3.oriium.co.uk and does not appear to work!

Are you able to help me identify the issue?

Many thanks.

    Hi Jude,

    I added the required information to the config and htaccess file:

    htaccess is as follows:

    # Switch rewrite engine off in case this was installed under HostPay.
    RewriteEngine Off

    SetEnv DEFAULT_PHP_VERSION 55

    DirectoryIndex index.cgi index.php

    # BEGIN WordPress
    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]

    # add a trailing slash to /wp-admin
    RewriteRule ^wp-admin$ wp-admin/ [R=301,L]

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -f [OR]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d
    RewriteRule ^ - [L]
    RewriteRule ^(wp-(content|admin|includes).*) $1 [L]
    RewriteRule ^(.*\.php)$ $1 [L]
    RewriteRule . index.php [L]
    </IfModule>

    # END WordPress

    and the config file is as follows:

    define( 'WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE', true );

    define('MULTISITE', true);
    define('SUBDOMAIN_INSTALL', true);
    define('DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE', 'www.oriium.co.uk');
    define('PATH_CURRENT_SITE', '/');
    define('SITE_ID_CURRENT_SITE', 1);
    define('BLOG_ID_CURRENT_SITE', 1);
