Multisite Configuration Issue

My multisite https://wp******* is loading fine, but when I try to go to https://wp******* , it says database error. Can you please check why this is happening?

    Hello hansol69

I hope you're well today and thank you for getting in touch with us!

There was a inconsistency in site URLs and while WP was attempting to load the site without "www" prefix, in the database it existed with that prefix. I realize it's not really "intuitive" and it's commonly considered "the same", whether there is "www" prefix or there is not - but it actually does matter in case of WordPress multisite in case of main site.

I suppose you do have the "DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE" define line set in "wp-config.php" file without "www" prefix, right? The same would have to be used in the database.

For now, I've adjusted it in the db directly for the main site and both main site's dashboard and network admin area can now be accessed.

Please double-check your entire site to see if you can confirm that and if all other sub-sites are still working fine.

    Best regards,
