Multisite in subdirectory

Hi, I have installed my multisite in subdomain version and then change to subdirectory. This is done by changing the "define( 'SUBDOMAIN_INSTALL', false );"

Then I get error on the site(page behaving absurd). Can I know what else should I do to get this subdirectory installation working? Am I missing something?

Thanks very much.

    Hi @jamiescott

    Greetings from the WPMU DEV Support Team. Thank you for being a member and for posting to the forum.

    When setting up Multisite WordPress, it is advisable not to change from sub-domains to sub-directory setup or vice versa. However, in some cases you need to and I found a very good link that addresses problems users face when making the switch. Please see it here:

    How to Force Multi Site to Use Subdirectories

    Read the comments as well as there are lots of useful information in there.

    I hope this assist you in getting your site sorted.

    Have a good day!

    Sorry, I have another question.

    I dont want to use www in my multisite installation.
    This what I changed in my wp-settings:

    define( 'NOBLOGREDIRECT', 'http://domain.com/' );
    define('WP_DEBUG', false);
    define( 'MULTISITE', true );
    define( 'SUBDOMAIN_INSTALL', false );
    $base = '/';
    define( 'DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE', 'domain.com' );
    define( 'PATH_CURRENT_SITE', '/' );
    define( 'SITE_ID_CURRENT_SITE', 1 );
    define( 'BLOG_ID_CURRENT_SITE', 1 );
    /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    Thanks very much!
