    Hello Mario Townsend

    I hope you're well today!

I've accessed the site that you have assigned to this ticket and granted access to. It didn't have any sub-sites there, only the main site, so I created "testsite1" sub-site to test it.

The site doesn't load and this is caused by invalid SSL certificate. There is a regular single domain Let's Encrypt certificate for the main domain but since it's a sub-domain setup, you do need so called "wild card SSL certificate" for it. A regular SSL certificate would cover "yourdomain.com" and "www.yourdomain.com" but not any sub-domain.

Because of that, any sub-site that you create - while being redirected to the https:// - is not getting valid SSL certificate, thus browser is blocking it and as a result the site is not working.

There are two solutions to this:

    1) the recommended one would be to get a wild card SSL certificate for your domain; this should "automatically" fix the issue.

    2) the alternative is to make sub-sites not secured by SSL; you'd need to remove all the forced redirects to https for sub-domains first and then go to "Network Admin -> Sites" and click on "Edit" for each sub-site (main site doesn't need it) and change "https://" prefix to "http://" prefix in URLs in "Siteurl" and "Home" options.

If you got any additional questions about it, let me know please.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
