Multisite redirects from sub site to main site / admin login issues

I am running a multisite https://hrsportals.com, I have several sub domains, staging.hrsportas.com, dev.hrsportals.com etc. If you try to access any of the subdomains you get redirected to the root site/domain hrsportals.com. This is secondary to the fact that when I go to hrsportals.com/wp-admin I get redirect to https://hrsportals.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fhrsportals.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1 then when I try to log in I get this error: The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later.

The redirection from subdomain to root domain still happens. If in my office I use my phone as a hotspot the login error goes away and I can log in. I have restarted my router, modem, switches with no fix. I called my ISP they do not block pages. What can be the issue.

    Hello Ray,

I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

I think then there are two issues here that seem to be separate. First one is redirect.

I checked the site and I can see that for example from "dev" subdomain there's a regular "301" redirect performed to the main site. Unfortunately, I can't see site and server config from "outside" so I'd need to know a bit more about your setup.

It's a multisite and did those sub-domains work before or is it that way from the beginning? If it worked before, does it apply to all the sub-domains or only some of them and were there any changes made to the site right before it started to happen?

Could you also please check DNS settings for the main domain and see if there's a wild-card set as it looks from outside like that was not working.

As for the login issue. I visited wp-admin page of your site and just hit "login" without putting any login credentials in a form. The form behaved as expected, with no errors so that would confirm that it's something specific to either your computer or net location.

Do you try that with the same computer (and browser) in both locations or are these different machines?

    Let me know please.

    Best regards,
    Adam

Will this help on the setup? Got this from our woocommerce setup:
    Server Environment
    Server Info: Apache
    PHP Version: 7.0.16
PHP Post Max Size: 6 MB
    PHP Time Limit: 30
    PHP Max Input Vars: 1000
    cURL Version: 7.38.0, OpenSSL/1.0.1t
    SUHOSIN Installed: –
MySQL Version: 5.5.54 - We recommend a minimum MySQL version of 5.6. See: WordPress

The issue appeared out of nowhere, one day we can log into any site the next day login errors and redirects. No new plugins nothing changed.

This issue is happening to all the PC's in this office. I have flushed the DNS, I have reset the router and modem restarted everything no changes. We've tried on all browsers etc. Same issue. However I have a separate account on 1 and 1 and can log into the admins no issues. It just seems to be from this particular account. We have called 1and1 and they assure us they are not blocking anything, our ISP assures us they are not blocking anything. It all happens inside this office.

1and1 does not allow a wildcard for the sub domains and we don't have that setup on our other account and its working . We are totally stomped!

Thank NAME, for their help.
