Multisite sign-up / register page redirecting to home

I'm configuring a multisite with all of the recommended plugins and for some reason the registration page will not show: either http://wilderweb.com.au/wp-signup.php or http://wilderweb.com.au/register/ both just go back to the home page. I have mapped the main domain associated with the hosting account from woof.org.au to wilderweb.com.au because the latter is the one I want to be visible everywhere. Have I caused an issue by mapping that domain? Thanks in advance. Sarah

pagewash was a great suggestion, thanks.

I am having another issue that I'm sure is something simple that I've missed. I've installed Pro Sites and have followed the set-up instructions.

When I've registered as a new account, I enter a blog url and site title and regardless of a free or upgrade site it doesn't register as a site or enable me to manage it. It gives me no options to manage or upgrade.

When I go back into 'Sites' admin, these test users exist within the main site, not against their own sites.

I also can't seem to configure a checkout page for Pro sites and I suspect I'm missing other pages. In fact I suspect I'm missing something fundamental and obvious! Appreciate your help.

    Hi there @Sarah

Great! Glad that is working now

When I've registered as a new account, I enter a blog url and site title and regardless of a free or upgrade site it doesn't register as a site or enable me to manage it. It gives me no options to manage or upgrade.

When I go back into 'Sites' admin, these test users exist within the main site, not against their own sites.

This shouldn't be happening, it doesn't sound like you have missed anything, but can you please send through the following information so I can check this and test it please?

    - In the subject field add "Attn: Jack Kitterhing"
    - Link back to this thread
    - Include admin/network access
    - Include FTP
    - Include any relevant URLS for your site

On the contact form, select "I have a different question", this ensures it comes through and gets assigned to me.

I also can't seem to configure a checkout page for Pro sites and I suspect I'm missing other pages.

If you go to network admin > pro sites > settings there is a edit checkout page link

    Thank you!

    Kind Regards
    Jack.
