Strewth maaaaaate, we ran Automate on musicwiz.club for ya! Here’s what we got up to:

    I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.

    I made some review of this site logs and I see Automate was turn off there.
    After 6 consecutive failed backups Automate will be disabled which just happen there.

    To investigate this issue more I will need from you access to site and ftp.

    - Mark to my attention: ATTN: Krzysztof Tomczyk
    - Site access (login url / username / password)

    Thank you for all data. Access to site works fine. I try to connect to sftp and ftp but I get same error each time
    530 Login incorrect
    and
    access denied

    Hi - I just verified the FTP credentials, they work fine :slight_smile:
    You have an active support session. It will remain active for another 4 days.

    Please use standard FTP (not sftp) - using the credentials located in:
    Admin Dashboard WPMU Support Message Box

    NOTE: Since WPMU does not offer a Private Ticket System - It is very inconvenient to ask us to submit confidential items using a separate contact form. None of our other vendors require dual support forms :slight_frown:

    Hi Kris - Please hold off trying any work on this site - we may have found the issue

    The reason you kept getting logged off, because we were performing system level backups of the site, at the same time you were trying to login :slight_smile:

    I worked with WPMU Chat Today - Support Agent = Patrick Cohen

    Patrick logged in via FTP, and he advised the issue may be related to this plugin:
    Amazon Web Services

    Patrick said this plugin was out of date, and may conflict with WPMU Backups which also use AWS

    I have disabled the "Amazon Web Services" plugin, and things seems to be improving :slight_smile:
    I will test for 1 or 2 days, and update this ticket with final results...
