This page is generated by Parallels Plesk

So I added the sub-domain to dream host then got confused and deleted it and then re-added it after I saw this error.

I thought that would fix it. But no go. Still there, same error.

    Hello Lady Rayne,

What you see is probably problem with Wildcards not configured on for your domain. Please see here https://codex.wordpress.org/Configuring_Wildcard_Subdomains - if you are not sure how to add Wildcards please contact your hosting provider - they will be able to provide right information and/or configure that for you.

Other things like mod_rewrite is working on your site so Wildcards are most probably cause for that problem.

Check also if you have right entry for Multisite in htaccess file https://codex.wordpress.org/htaccess#Multisite

    kind regards,
    Kasia

    Hello there Lady Rayne,
    I hope you're having a great day!

An SSL Certificate allows secure connections from a web server to a browser. For example, on e-commerce sites it is absolutely necessary to have an SSL.

A Wildcard Certificate is used to secure a domain and all of its first-level subdomains.

For example, a certificate for *.example.com secures http://www.example.com, mail.example.com, etc. A standard SSL Certificate would only secure http://www.example.com, requiring you to purchase an additional certificate for mail.example.com.

So, to have SSL on all your subdomains, you need that Wildcard Certificate. It's usually a payed service, keep that in mind.

I hope this information has been helpful. If I can help you in this or other questions, please let me know!

    Cheers,
    Denitsa
