My account domain needs changing

Hi,

Could you change my account domain from 'thesbcollective.com/platform' to 'thesbcollective.com/experience' please?

It was changed a few weeks ago but now seems to have reverted back again and I'm no longer able to give support access to staff for my site.

Thanks,

Ash

    Hey Ash!

With your membership level, you should be able to a good deal of domains to your account. Is the dashboard installed on .com/experience? Are you logged in with the same WPMU DEV account you're using here on the forum via the WPMU DEV dashboard? As long as you've got your API entered correctly, you should be able to have the dashboard (and support access) for as many domains as you'd like. (Up to 1000, I believe.) You can double check your API at this link: https://premium.wpmudev.org/wp-admin/users.php?page=subscription

Let me know if this doesn't work and I'll double check with an account specialist to make sure everything is okay on our end.

    Thanks!

That's odd @Michelle Shull. I have the dashboard installed on my website, yes. But when I look at my account it has different reputation points. The account name is the same and as far as I'm aware I've only ever had one account so maybe you could look into this for me? Maybe I've not set the account up correctly?

    Thanks

    Hi, Ash!

I'm only seeing one domain registered for you, the /platform domain, so that tells me that if you've got the dashboard installed on another site, it's incorrect. Let's try starting fresh there, deactivate and delete the dashboard, grab a fresh copy of it here https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/wpmu-dev-dashboard/, and install it on the site(s) where you're seeing an issue. Next, clear your site cache, if you're using a caching plugin, and/or your browser cache, and log back into your site if you need to.

Enter your API from the link I gave you above, and make sure you're not grabbing an extra space at the end (we're just being super careful to make sure we're not missing anything little.) Save, and then see if you can get full access on your additional sites.

I confirmed you can install the dashboard on up to 1000 domains, so you're all covered here.

    Thanks, Ash!
