my appointment plug in is not working

help! I sent an email on weekend too and have not heard back

    I am sorry but with the amount of clues you gave us, symptoms, and errors I do not have a snow balls chance in he double hockey sticks of figuring out what is going on or even a glimmer of hope to helping you.

    Please provide details, errors, symptoms anything but what you have provided so far.
