Not sure if my first support ticket went through earlier b/c I did not get confirmation email.
My appointment times are disappearing.
I have both my store hours and service provider hours set the same (8am till 7pm). As of now, it is just after 8am my time and all of the available times up to 1:30pm today are missing (so if anyone needed a 10am appointment they couldn't make it because it fell off). What is the cause?
I sent a support ticket yesterday on this topic and was told to check my time zone settings on settings>general. I did not see such setting on any page of Appointments+ and my computer's time is fine. I just turned off my cache inside the plugin to see if that would work. Please help.
