My client currently has a ecommerce solution that is not U.S. based. After purchasing MarketPress to replace the current solution they also saw that this is not based in the U.S. either. This is an important selling point for them. Also, there is no 800 number for them to call for questions. They are not a tech saavy client. So the current help system for your products are not good for them. They do not want to use this service and would like a refund.
