My custom user role lost the ability to see the support tab

My custom user role lost the ability to see the support tab when I upgraded to the latest version. The Author can see the Support tab but no longer can the other roles... How can I bring this back?

    Could I have a screenshot please of your network admin > support settings please, I just tested my custom riles and those are working, Could you try and upgrade to the latest please as well, in case that repairs this issue?
