    Hi there @jaavu

I hope you are well today and thanks for your question.

I don't have an iphone, but my colleague @PC does

I've just tested on a laptop, but it won't connect to your site, my security blocks it for some reason, I then tried on my mobile and it worked, though it certainly was slow.

What sort of hosting do you have?

You could try speeding it up by using a CDN to offload some of the static files, such as Amazon S3 for example or cloudflare.

Are you running any caching plugins? If not caching will speed it up also, but it's got to be set up right, depending on the type of site, for example if you have an e-commerce store, you don't want to cache the shop pages at all.

    Thank you!

    Kind Regards

    Hello again, Jaavu.

The problem is partly your site but mostly your host. Here are some other domains running on your IP address. This is a partial list of the 325 available. You will note that every single one of them is very slow.

This is pretty normal. A major shared host will often have over 5000 websites on the same IP address, split up between servers. This should not be the source of major performance issues if a server farm is well maintained.

If you want your own IP address, you should look into a VPS (virtual private server). I don't know the Asian market well enough to say who is best.

To find out who shares your server, enter your IP address ( at this site, wait a few moments, and it will give you a full list.
