my domain is not public or my sites down

I keep trying to connect services but it keeps telling me my domain is not public or my sites down but if you go here its up

The "services" I'm referring to is Uptime and SEO and site monitoring

I am on AWS and my domain is registered with route 53

This happens from within the Hub in the Performance and SEO tabs
and the backups tab

    Hello Wolf,
    For the Uptime tool to work it need to be able to access your site. It is possible that your server have firewall setting denying access to our monitoring tools.

    Please check the firewall setting to allow access to the site. You can also request the person administering the server to perform the task on your behalf.

    Do let us know if that doesn't solve the problem and we will look further into it.
