    Hey Jesus,

    Hope you're doing well today!

    Have you added the wp-config constants as well? You will want to make sure these are defined in your wp-config.php file:

    define('MULTISITE', true);
    define('SUBDOMAIN_INSTALL', true);
    define('DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE', 'redox.mx');
    define('PATH_CURRENT_SITE', '/');
    define('SITE_ID_CURRENT_SITE', 1);
    define('BLOG_ID_CURRENT_SITE', 1);

    If those are in there and it's still not working then you might just need to wait a bit for the wildcard subdomain to propagate.

    We can take a second look if you want to send in your FTP and WP login.

    Send it privately through our contact form:

    Select "I have a different question".

    Send in:

    Subject: "Attn: Tyler Postle"
    -WordPress admin username
    -WordPress admin password
    -login url
    -FTP credentials (host/username/password)
    -link back to this thread for reference
    -any other relevant urls

    Select "I have a different question" for your topic - this and the subject line ensure that it gets assigned to me :slight_smile:

    Look forward to hearing back!

    All the best,

    Hey there Jesus,

    Looks like you have this all sorted now? I was just trying to login to your FTP but the credentials weren't working - I checked your demo sites and they seem to be working as expected now :slight_smile:

    Yes, for the wildcard you will want it to be pointing towards the root of your WP install, is that the change you made?

    Let us know if you still need any further assistance! Enjoy your weekend :slight_smile:

    All the best,
    Tyler

    Sites all look working to me. Your main site is pretty nice btw.

    You have to add the site in cpanel and point it to the correct location of the root install of the WPMU site.

    I'm currently adding the sites in with their full name and not using a wildcard. This has more administrative requirements but maintains more control.

    Are you building your multisite network to be publicly available? If so I understand the wildcard.

    Not to hijack the thread, but is wildcard use recommended or not? Cheers...

    Hey Alex,

    Hope you're doing well today!

    If you're using a subdomain install then a wildcard subdomain is required for the subsites to be accessible after creation. I suppose you could create each subdomain individually too, but that would be a bit time consuming and means the user doesn't get access to their site instantly.

    Hope that helps!

    Cheers,
    Tyler

    PS. @Jesus, looks like you got it all sorted now, just let us know if you have further questions.
