My multisite new members are admins by default, they are also allowed to create new sites. However,

I tested my new multisite at http://www.blogstreet.net. I have allowed new sign-ups to have an account and create sites as well. However, when I created an account to test it, the created account has no ADD NW POST link, therefore cannot create any blog post.

I have checked that they already have administrator privileges when I logged in to my SUPER ADMIN account.

How can I create a multi author blog that is available for anyone to register if new sign ups cannot create any post? Would anyone tell me how to allow new signups to be able to create their own posts.
