My newest customer has no class. :-)

Hello,
My new Comedy101 customer is having trouble getting his class, Introduction To Stand-up Comedy.
Student name "Raphael Novak". It's the newest order.
I thought he would be automatically signed up for the class. However, we've installed a new theme and done a ton of work on the site. Did I mess it up?
How do we get paid customers automatically registered for their class, please?
Thank you for your support.
Chuck
P.S. I opened support access on Comedy101 and our staging site.

    Hi Chuckroy,

    Hope you're well?

It looks like you had updated from CP 1 to CP2 but hadn't completed the upgrade fully, There was a notice on the CP pages.

I went ahead and completed the update for you.

However, I now see a fatal error caused, this is due to a custom script in your mu-plugins folder that doesn't work with CP2

You will need toremove the following using FTP.

    /wp-content/mu-plugins/Custom_Debugger.php

Just remove that file, and that should bring the site back up for you. Hopefully the update should now have fixed this issue for you.

Apologies for causing the fatal error, I wasn't aware you had any custom scripts.

    Thanks

    Hi,

The godaddy credentials worked ok, I have been able to now disable the mu-plugin.

Could you ask the user to try now, they are added to the course & enrolled ok, so now the CP2 update was completed, they should now hopefully be able to access the course.

Let us know if they still have any issues.

    Hope this helps
