My Providers do not receive emails for their appointments

My service providers are not receiving emails after someone books an appointment with them.

I (admin) receive them and in their user profile in WP Users the “my email for appointments+ ” is greyed out

    thanks for posting.

    only the service provider can edit his own email address in their profile.

    if they login and goto their profile they should be able to edit it.

    though it should use their wp email address if that is empty.
