My SERVICE_PROVIDERS aren't getting an email when CLIENTS are requesting an appointment

Hello,

My SERVICE_PROVIDERS aren't getting an email (on their personal one) when CLIENTS are requesting an appointment. They have to login into my website to view the appointments. I checked in the LOG tab in the settings, and it doesn't even log that Appointment+ is sending out an email to the SERVICE-PROVIDERS.

My CLIENTS are receiving an email, and I need the SERVICE_PROVIDER to receive emails, since that' the whole reason why I went with WPMU.
