Myself and another developer are having trouble getting

Myself and another developer are having trouble getting a response using both the support form and emailing.

I have handed over a project which has been using these plugins and I have been using these plugins elsewhere but less and less.

I have explained the situation by email as well as the other developer but to no avail. Its been about 2 weeks since we first raised the issue.

Is there a chance I can get a response soon?
