Need help with Snapshot Backup plugin

Cannot get it to successfully backup.
I ran several tests using 2 different destinations.
One destination that goes to the same domain in the /media uploads file seems to show backup zip files when I view my Cpanel file manager.
Although, on the WP admin panel in the plugin settings it shows all of
those backup attempts as "Failed".

The second destination (the one I prefer to use) is on another domain name, but on the same shared server. When I setup an FTP account for this separate domain and enter in all the info in the Snapshot admin settings, and try to do a "Test", it goes nowhere. And it also says backups as "Failed". And when I log into the cpanel file manager to view the directory they are supposed to save to, nothing is there.

So my problem is that both: 1. Neither destinations seems to show a backup as being a "success". And one of them no files show up in the directory at all. The first directory Does show backup zip files, but I cannot trust that they are actually "complete" or "restorable" since the wp admin settings say those backups are "Failed".

Please Help me set this up. I cannot move any further in my website development until I know that all my settings and plugins, etc are backed up 'properly'. Thanks!

I deleted that folder because it wasn't saving..
So I recreated another ftp account and reset all the settings in the admin.
Tell me where to upload/send you private ftp info.
      Wordpress Admin Snapshot Pro Settings:

      Settings tab >
      backup folder: xxxbackup
segment size: 5000 (tried other amounts)
      memory limit: 256M
error reporting: set to whatever default is
select compression option: ziparchive (tried PclZip)

      For Destinations > xxxbackup
I cannot save the paths to another domain. It just changes it back to the default wp-content/uploads media folder.

      Under All Snapshots > backup3
That is the most recent attempted backup.
It appears that the ftp fails everytime trying to backup to
my selected folder on other domain (shown in settings).
But I do see saved .zip files in the media uploads folder of the
main domain. If it is a "server problem" and my host just won't
let me ftp backup to another domain, then that's fine to have it
go to the main domain in a specified folder. But I need to make sure
those zip files that appear are "restoreable" and know that the automatic
scheduled backups that say "failed" will be successful.

Please let me know what else you need from me to help. Or do you
already have ftp access to look? Let me know..

        Hi William,

        Thanks for your reply

I want to take a closer look on this.

        Can you please send in:

        - In the subject field add "Attn:Calvin Canas"
        - Link back to this thread
        - Include admin/network access
        - Include FTP
        - Include Cpanel
        - Include any relevant URLS for your site

On the contact form, select "I have a different question", this ensures it comes through and gets assigned to me.

        Looking forward for your reply.

        Take care,

    Hi @William,

Thanks for your reply and sorry for the delay.

I can't access your site both wordpress(says it is suspended) and cPanel(login is invalid). Could you confirm this? Also, Snapshot is a backup plugin so it needs to be use on same domain. For that reason, destination 2(another domain name) is impossible to be restore successfully without doing a bit more tweaking and it might cause unexpected bug/error.

    Looking forward for your reply.
