Need Notification for Service Provider

Hello!
I need a notification to go to the service provider with all details of appointment reserved. Right now, we're only receiving a notice 24 hours prior as an "appointment confirmation" and we receive a notice from PayPal for a deposit/payment but it doesn't include any of the confirmation information.
We want the same confirmation email sent to our client, sent to the service provider. They have no access to the website, so they cannot see the logs or scheduled appointments.

    What type of notification do yo want to send? Email notification is already available through our plugin. And can you please mention what "details" do you want to send to them?

    Can you please go to "Dashboard > Appointments > Settings" and scrolled down to Notification Settings? There you can set Reminder email Sending Time for the Client and Service Provider both. Please check attached screenshots for reference.

    Can you please go to "Dashboard > Appointments > Settings" and scrolled down to Notification Settings? There you will find "Confirmation email Message" template. The default template includes "We are pleased to confirm your appointment for SITE_NAME." this line. What other confirmation information do you want to include? You can edit the template and it will work. Please check attached screenshots for reference.

    When you set "Send Confirmation Email" to "Yes", it will send an email after confirmation of the appointment. Admin and service provider will also get a copy as separate emails automatically.

    P.S. I can see you are using an older version of Appointments+. Can you please update to the latest version? Always try to keep all your themes and plugins updated as every new release comes with lots of bug fixes and enhanced features.
