new multisite pro-sites can not save stripe payment gateways

In the Good Support Tickets Blog it says not to bump the thread, Well after waiting 4 days I am creating a new ticket.
Here is my previous ticket:

there is only a checkbox. When I check the box, nothing happens. The save on the bottom is missing. When I click save on top, it does not save.

According to Luis:
further information for gateway does not appear too (API Credentials, Currency, etc.).

I supplied the requested FTP login info requested in the original post and have been in limbo.

    First of all we are truly sorry that we failed to attempt your question on time. But recently my colleague @luiscarloslopes is dealing with lots of critical threads so it took slightly more some time in responding you back. I am sorry for inconvenience you had to face due to this and thank you for being patient till now. :slight_smile:

    I took your liberty of using ftp credentials you sent to us and did some testing with Pro Sites. Nothing surprising found in terms of configurations and core files of plugin.

    So Can you try removing whole pro-site plugin via ftp and installing once again from the scratch ? Or what about replacing Pro Site files via ftp with latest downloaded version's files form here ?

    You will find folder enter for Pro Sites under /wp-content/plugins/ folder of your site on your host.

    Please conduct above testing and followup on your previous thread to avoid any delay and confusion. I've already pinged @luiscarloslopes one more time to be sure they get your call soon. :slight_smile:
