No appointment email notifications

I'm receiving zero notification emails. Neither the service provider, the admin nor the customer booking the appointment is receiving emails. Also, the schedule that has been entered in the working hours section is not showing up consistently in the schedule — it varies per service when there isn't any actual change per service. I'm happy to give you guys a WP login if that makes it easier for you to troubleshoot. Thanks in advance for any help you can toss my way! (Site is http://campuscommonspethospital.com)
