No confirmation email to admin

Hello,

My client is again complaining about A+. This time she doesn't recieve the confirmation email when a customer makes a new booking. I changed the admin mail to my mail and tried and i dont recieve any confirmation.. I've chosen "yes" in the notifications confirmation mails.

It is this site: frisor-ringkobing.webinnovate.dk where you can see the issue.. I'm granting access so you can log in to the system.

Do you know what is happening?

    Hi Rasmus,

    Sorry to hear you are having issues with A+ again, we are currently looking into some reports where emails are not being sent with Automatic confirmation being turned on.
    Can you try switching it off and test with new appointment and manually resending confirmation email from appointments list and let us know of the results?

    It's really problematic, because my customers rely so much on the booking system to work.. The booking system is my main feature for my target group and there just keed coming new problems week after week.. :disappointed: I've tried changing it back and fourth a couple of times, but nothing changes. FYI I dont recieve any of the confirmation mails - neither as a customer or as a admin..

    Could you please tell me on which subsite you are using Appointment+ ? I can see that you are having lot of subsites in your network. Please tell me where to look for your Appointment+ settings. :slight_smile:

    Hi Rasmus,

    I was doing some extensive testing on your site on both your subsite in question and also on a new subsite I created on your network that has same A+ settings but there I was able to receive admin email without any issues.

    Do you know if there were some changes on the frisor-ringkobing subsite that could be causing this?

    Nothing has been changed from my end and my customer says she didn't do anything. She also complain that all of her appointments that had been processed got deleted - i dont know if that helps?
    I think this issue started back when I updated it and it has just taken her a while to realise. :disappointed:

    Hi Rasmus,

    Can you go to wpmutest and change email in General settings to your own and test if you're receiving emails from that subsite, so we can be sure that it's indeed subsite specific?

    Also, I've used my own email at frisor-ringkobing for testing, I did change it back to the previous one but it will need confirmation so make sure to do that to get the original email back in settings.

    She also complain that all of her appointments that had been processed got deleted - i dont know if that helps?

    Are appointments removed from GCal or inside the plugin itself?
    We are currently testing patch for appointments being removed from GCal.

    I've created booking on a new website: http://onlinereading.webinnovate.dk/bestil-tid/ .. When a booking is made i get a confirmation email as a customer, but not as admin.. Did you get the admin confirmation mail?

    In the GCal it deleted it and in the booking system dashboard most of the previous appointments is in "deleted"..

    Another issue that i need help with on http://onlinereading.webinnovate.dk/bestil-tid/ is that I cant get the pagination to work proporly.. I've put in this shortcode instead [app_pagination step="1" month="1" anchors="0"], but now it reloads the page and starts from the top - instead of just loading the booking system, like it normally does. You can see how it looks like out of the box on this page: http://onlinereading.webinnovate.dk/make-an-appointment/

    I didn't test onlinereading, I've tested wpmutest subsite I created and frisor-ringkobing where issue was originally reported.
    On frisor-ringkobing I didn't receive email as admin but I did on my wpmutest subsite.
    Could you test wpmutest.nybooking.dk yourself and see if it works for you as well?

    Thanks for the help so far. I've tested both online reading and wpmutest where both works with both confirmation to admin and customer. But when I do it on the hairdressers site, no confirmations are sent at all. I have no idea what is wrong with this site and why this site in particular doesn't work :disappointed:

    Will this get the deleted appointments back or will it just solve so it wont happen again?
