No email notifications sent to Admin when appointment is booked

It seems that I am having the same issues that a lot of people are experiencing – no email notifications are sent when free appointments are made and in pending status. Neither the Admin nor the Service Provider have received email. Auto Confirm, Allow service provider confirm own appointments, Send Notification to admin if confirmation is required are ALL set to YES.

It is extremely important that either the Admin or the Service Provider be notified right away that there’s an appointment pending; otherwise, the client won’t receive an email confirmation since all pending appointments require either the Admin or Service Provider to manually confirm them.

I’ve taken steps to ensure that the WordPress email is working properly. For example, the contact form on the Contact page is working properly.
