    Hi Charles

    How are you?

Sorry to hear that you are having this problem, we can have a closer look, but fist we need to recovery the WP Access, have you tried to recovery the password throw wp-login.php?

Do you have cPanel Access? we can recovery the access using cPanel:

1- Login in the cPanel, if you think you are having a security issue, I'd suggest reset cPanel password.

2- Search for Database > phpMyAdmin

    3- Select the WordPress database

    4- Find the wp_users table,

5- Select the Administrator user that you want to change the password > click Edit

6- In user_pass select varchar(255) > MD5 and enter your new password > click to Save settings

Now you had recovered the WP Painel, wouldn't you mind please to enable support access and we can have a closer look.

    1. Log in to the WordPress Admin Panel for your site (go to the Network Admin dashboard if on Multisite), and then navigate to the “Support” page from the WPMU DEV menu item (WPMU DEV > Support).

    2. Click the “Grant Support Access” button in the Support Access panel.

You can find more about how to enable support access here:

Please, let me know when you enable the Support Access,
    Have a great day
    Best Regards
