No Longer Live Support?

Hello...

I don't mean to complain guys, but the last three random times that I have popped into the Live Support for Themes....there's been nobody online. Ticket response has been good overall - except followup questions/comments on a ticket are slower as well.

Is there a way that if the person hosting the live event is unable to make it, that it's noted somewhere in the Live Support page that there will not be online ....?
