Not receiving confirmation email

Hello, I am not receiving confirmation email when an appointment is fixed. This is very important and needs to be fixed at the earliest as the site is live.

I've attached a screenshot of the plugin general settings > notifications area. Is my
settings correct in the screenshot. Please help

    The settings in your screenshot look good, have you had a look in:

    Appointments -> Settings -> Log tab

    To see what the log says presently? Could you share that here please? :slight_smile:

    Also, are you using any SMTP plugins presently to try sending emails from your site? If not, you may wish to try one of these:

    If one of those doesn't do the trick though, could you try inserting this code into your site as an mu-plugin, and then try creating & confirming another appointment:

     * Logs error to file
     * @uses <code>error_log</code> function to log on file
     * @param string $error message of the error
     * @param string $type type of the error message
    function log_error( $error, $type = 'error' ) {
        $path = dirname( __FILE__ ) . '/log.txt';
        $msg = sprintf( "[%s][%s] %s\n", date( 'd.m.Y h:i:s' ), $type, $error );

        return $mail;
    add_filter( 'wp_mail', 'wedevs_mail_log', 10 );

    And then attaching the log.txt file here please? :slight_smile:
