Not receiving order notifications anymore

Our client received the notifications for the first few orders processed through their site, however, they stopped coming through recently. Could this be an issue with another plugin?

    It could be an issue with a couple of things. Very well could be a plugin conflict, especially anything that has to do with newsletters or subscriptions. If you have recently installed anything that alters your site email protocol.

    Or if you have recently changed hosts or servers, this could have an effect. If the server does not support php email.

    Have you checked for a plugin conflict? You can also check your error logs to see if anything was generated.
