This is a support ticket for Protected Content, but it was not a selection above, but it is installed. I have a customer that has access and is a Member. However, I never received a payment from Stripe.
When I check the details of their membership in the Protected Content plugin, there is no Payment Gateway visible (just a -) . Their payment is $0.00 and their Status is “Expired”. This is a monthly subscription.
They appears they still have access though. Can you please explain what may be occurring?
