Not receiving Support System email notification


I am using the Support System plugin on three of my sites and this is the only one where I am not receiving notification from the system when the client posts requests for support. I would appreciate it if you can help me determine why and correct the issue.

    First thing is to make sure here is that your that site is able to send emails. In other words we need to confirm that its sending emails without any issue. You can do that by using this nice free plugin,

    Furthermore, Would you please grant me support staff access so that I can check in depth regarding your issue ?. You can grant me support access via WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access. Take a look at this screenshot to know where I am pointing you for this. :slight_smile:
