Not sure if the ultimate FB plugin is being directed to my FB business page from my website

I followed the set up instructions for the FB developers app and I received a successful check mark in the WPMU Ultimate FB Plugin, how can I tell if the like button is linking to my personal page or the business page? I tried following the thread in the WPMU FB guide but I didn't see where Steve outlined the procedure for linking to a business page....l

    Hi there @tonywolter1

I hope you are well today, did you set up your domain with facebook on the facebook app? Do your business page linked to your personal Facebook account?

Have you tried getting someone to "like" the page to see?

Thank you for being a WPMU DEV member and have a great weekend!

    Kind Regards
    Jack.

    Hello Tony,

Just posting the solution here as well.

When someone likes post on your website, the like is not registered anywhere on your profile or your page. It is registered on the profile/timeline of the user who liked it.

That is designed so that the viral reach of the post can be increased.

If you want people to like your page, the best way to do that is activate the like box widget.

Ultimate Facebook >> widgets >> Like box

Then place it in the sidebar and job done

I hope that helps. Please feel free to ask if you have more questions on the same.

    Cheers
