Not Working – Really Need Help Please

Hello All:

I am struggling to uncover why the supporter plugin does not have the blog/website signup fields on my register page as previously. Also the data I have added to the plugin settings are not appearing in my sub sites dashboard which it did previously.

I have reviewed every possible setting etc. that I know (I am NOT an expert!) and nothing is correcting the problem.

Previously I posted supporter plugin help requests for this issue. One here: https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/supporter-not-appearing-on-sites. My response to the questions asked are 1.) website changes – i recently changed themes and 2.) I did go back to the installation instructions (wpmu did the install) and all files appear to be in tack.

The second help request here: https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/my-users-are-not-able-to-generate-a-site, and my response is the fields to set up a blog/website are missing from the register page (http://buy-website-online.com/register/).

I thought it best to start a new thread to summarize the problem. Anyone that can assist me please do. I appreciate all of the support and help wpmu has provided me.

Whoops! Forgot to post the image. Here we go!

With that set you should see the Supporter options in the registration once again.

Could you let us know what changes you’re referring to in the user dashboards?

You might also be interested in the beta version of the forthcoming update to Supporter. It’s available in the following thread.
