This is the 5th support ticket I've opened regarding the Snapshot plugin.
For a paid plugin, yours is really a piece of work that wastes more time than it saves.
I'm on yet another WP install for a new client site that refuses to backup to dropbox and overloads the server every time I use Snapshot.
I have enabled support access in the backend of the site. I won't be doing anything on this ticket, as I've already spent hours trying to fix your plugin every time I try to use it. The only thing I will do is send over server/WP login details for you guys to figure it out.
Please respond as soon as possible and let's get this fixed. I will be cancelling WPMU if this continues with every site. Super frustrating and disappointing that you guys can't just make this plugin work properly with such a huge membership base.
