Observation on the Support System Plugin

First, let me say that I LOVE this plugin. A snap to install, very intuitive interface...rockin!

I'm writing to make one request of a feature I would love to see at some point down the line. I'd love to have a sidebar "submit ticket" widget I could put on the site. My issue is..I'm designing this site for a mix of folk, some of whom will not be technically inclined. I don't think it would occur them to go "behind the curtain" into the admin area to submit a ticket. They're going to be looking on the site for that functionality. I'll do a workaround by having a text widget with some general FAQ's (including how to submit a ticket), and that should get them in the right area, but...less elegant than a widget would be. :slight_smile:
