On Friday 13th September, we had submitted a question here in reply to your response where in you had indicated that we were using a free account instead of the paid account being used now and that was why the Plugin was not working. We had confirmed that the same username and password being used here at this moment is being used on Wordpress but still we are unable to have the Ultimate Facebook plugin working. In our first email we had already sent you the username and password to login to the WP-Admin. If you need the same again please do let us know.
Also we are unable to follow the chain of emails since we are not able to see the exact question we had submitted to you. Is there any way we can keep a track of this communication?
