    Hello Con,

Hope you are well today and thanks for asking us.

Would you please grant me support staff access so that I can check in depth regarding your issue ?. You can grant me support access via WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access. Please note that you would need to install WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin to grant me staff access to your site.

Looking forward to hearing back.
    Best Regards,
    Milan

    Hey there Con,

hope you're doing good and don't mind chiming in!

Gave you access to the WP Popup plugin on my site a few days ago. Have you been able to take a look at the issue?

Our bad, we should have informed you that we don't have any automated system to inform us about granted access, so we always wait for your confirmation in order to proceed.

Having said that, I just inspected your website and saw this misbehaviour in action. What's kind of strange in this situation is that the 404 page stops behaving as a 404 error if you simply refresh it or try to access it in another tab.
That made me try to reproduce this error in a test installation of mine, but I wasn't able to. Even though the page was refreshing, to an address like "http://word.dev/#wpcf7-f1820-o1", no 404 error came up.

Would you mind proceeding with a theme/plugin conflict test as described in a nice flow chart here? https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/using-wpmu-dev/getting-support/ (just scroll down a bit to see the image). This way you will sure that there isn't any other part involving to this.

    Warm regards,
    Dimitris
